Shipping, returns and privacy

RiRa Little World sells printed picture books with activity kits. All orders are placed and confirmed on WhatsApp at +91 74360 75727. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
Orders and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are shown on the website and confirmed in the WhatsApp chat.
- Your order is confirmed only after we receive full payment. We share payment details in the chat.
- If a book is out of stock after you order, we tell you on WhatsApp and refund the full amount.
Shipping and delivery
- We deliver within India only.
- Shipping is a flat ₹50 per order, however many books you order.
- We dispatch within 2 to 4 working days after payment is confirmed.
- Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch. Remote areas and the North East may take longer.
- We send the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp once your parcel is dispatched.
- Delivery dates are estimates from the courier. Delays caused by the courier, weather, holidays, strikes or other events outside our control are not in our hands, but we will help you follow up.
- Please give a complete address, PIN code and a reachable phone number. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could receive it, we can send it again once the shipping charge is paid again.
Returns, replacements and refunds
- Books and activity kits cannot be returned once delivered, except when they arrive damaged, misprinted, incomplete or are not what you ordered.
- In those cases, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, or an unboxing video, showing the problem.
- Once we confirm the issue, we send a replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is not available, we refund the amount paid for that item.
- If the parcel looks opened or badly damaged at delivery, please refuse it or note the damage with the courier, and tell us right away.
- Small marks on the outer packaging from transit are not counted as damage to the book.
- We do not accept returns for a change of mind, or for wrong addresses or details given at the time of ordering.
Cancellations
- You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order is dispatched. Just message us on WhatsApp.
- Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
- Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
Using our books and kits
- All stories, illustrations and activity sheets belong to RiRa Little World. They are for personal, home and classroom use. Please do not copy, share or sell them.
- Some activities use scissors, glue or small cut-out pieces. Please let children do them with a grown-up nearby.
- Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Privacy
- We collect only what we need to deliver your order: your name, phone number and address, shared by you on WhatsApp.
- We use these details only for your order and its delivery, and share them only with the courier that delivers it. We never sell your details.
- This website counts visits anonymously to see which pages are useful. It does not use advertising cookies.
